They persist in spite of US efforts for the last 50 years to deny them the opportunity to create the system of government that they themselves want. Time for this to stop, indeed. Our Cuba policy is determined by a small number of rich angry ex-Cubans who are very powerful politically; so let the rest of the American people be heard from now on.
