lalo schifrin composed the theme, which was first used in "Coming From" trailers in the late 1970's. It was used only once for "Starting over", and was used again in 1987 when Paramount turned 75. It would be used several times during the late 1980's through the 1990's. "Mean Girls" was the last movie to feature the theme, and since then the Paramount has been silent.. A new 100th anniversary logo will debut with "Titanic 3D", as the new logo was revealed in the titanic trailer and poster.

I remember at this house I went to over the summer, they had the Grease 20th Anniversary VHS, and it had a really long behind-the-scenes look before the film, then that CLASSIC Feature Presentation logo (with this fanfare), then the warnings, and then the 90's Paramount logo (also with this fanfare)
