i've run a 3.77 on madden 09, not the fastest even by that.

i'm sorry, as i know i may seem a bit retarded here, but how do you actually run?

ive got it on x box 360 and im not sure if you push the right analogue stick down and the left up and then vice versa or what? if you could help me out itd be much appreciated :)
