  • i can just smell the drakkar noir watching this video man. yeah, avoid the button-down shirt and succeed in looking like a rejected scarface extra on the national sex offenders list. farkn spew. PS your suit is absolutely terrible, please stop trying to advise people on style

  • Dude, that's a nice suit, i love monochromatic looks and love the grey!

  • Old video quality. I agree. I cannot stand the button down collar tie look on guys. I own hidden button down collars shirts and magnetic collar stays for dress shirts.

  • My goodness, I really like your smiles in these older videos.

  • u know whats funny if ur not a good looking guy in the face then style really dont matter

  • What do you think of the button down collar without a suit/blazer? I think they look quite good with a nice pair of chinos.

  • actually the button-down collar is pretty big right now...

  • Button downs can look bad, but there is something classically American about the button downs. It really depends on what type of man you are. Instead of saying not to wear button downs, maybe you should say "the button downs are too masculine for me" because you dress like a fairy.

  • @sk8erbassman

    funniest comment ever rofl XD

  • @sk8erbassman

mother fucker, if you wanna get on somebody else's video and spread that sort of useless bullshit around, take it elsewhere, because this guy at least has the balls to post all these videos that give other men advice on how to be stylish. so what i have to say to you is, fuck off douchebag. take your insults of a successful, respectable man and shove them up your ass.

p.s. what the fuck? there is nothing "classically american" about fucking button down collars?

  • I think the button down collar gets a very dif rep in the UK!

  • Holy crap thanks for the advice on the collar stays. I kept throwing them away not even thinking about what they are for. Then i got so mad when i put on these shirts and the damn collar was flaring up in the air.

  • i always take those out when i buy shirts. is there anywhere i can buy those now that i know better?

  • So let me get this straight.....you insult me on another video and then you ask for my help and advice.....

  • @jojococoa let me handle this one, alpha. jojo, head on out to a department store or banana republic and they sell these in these small capsules. pretty cheap. 12 bucks or so and you get half a dozen.

  • Don't TOTALLY give up on button downs. You can find polo shirts with button down collars. If they're sexy pink (Lacoste, like mine), Lime, or baby blue, then buy 'em close fitting and rock the sexy prep look (but the buttons have to be white or light colored)! Button downs do look terrible with ties, though. Just don't do it. Again, great vid!

  • two little evil buttons

  • Love the videos, great tips! Wish I knew this before

  • dude, you gotta post more vids man. these tips are tiny things that make a difference.

  • it's easier to just buy metal collar stays, they're cheap and you can even wash them ..most are inox/steel:)

  • How can anyone hate french cuffs?? I think they're timeless, fashionable, and versatile. Of course, all this is contingent on the cufflink used. No silk knots, and nothing too big or flashy. Also, make sure they match a belt buckle or any other jewelry..tie bar (yuck), watch, ear rings, etc.

    Great video bro

  • I've always preferred button down collars because I have a long, thin neck and feel like my shirt is too open without them. What if shirts don't have a slot in the collar for the inserts you recommend? I had no idea that button down collars would be such a turn off.

  • Oh oh. My first fashion crime! Thanks for the videos - they're huge fun.

  • BWAH! My biggest pet peeve is French Cuffs. I hate them. As for collar stays, I always forget to remove them when washing and dry cleaning.

  • I do agree with you on the shirts, I think there too casual and only without a tie should they ever be worn.

  • another example of your excellent advice with perfect presentation.

  • i agree with the above, would be really interested if u could do something on watches especially but the other as well

  • Amen! So when might you be talking about rings, watches and ear rings?

  • please improve your sound quality use a interview mic and keep up the great tips, god knows people need them!

  • Oh so thats what those things are! :)

  • Aaron is always so eloquent and full of useful advice. Thank you Aaron and greetings from Argentina, South America.

  • good stuff, and I agree

  • thanks for tip,I hope I look half as handsome as you one day
