Hello, do you know how it works?

I tried to wrote somethink similar engine, but i don't have any idea... There are about 1000x1000particles.

I wrote a piece of C code for process mass points (F=ma) and there was about 2 frames per second...

Please - look into my channel, and watch 'python molecular dynamic now'

Now I will try to rewrite piece of code into asm and coprocessor, but I dnon't know if it is proper way. Maybe there is a magic algoritm?
