I really like this, thanks for posting. I am trying to get to grips with the gamelan 5 note scale which seems to be B C D F# G in this song. I might try to play this on my Thai Khim with a tin whistle in G and see how I get on. It's really great music.

This was the first piece of Gamelan music I ever heard probably fifteen or so years ago. The radio DJ who introduced it said that Sabilulunga translates as: "Excellent path towards God." I think the title is perfect. This music elevates :) Thank you so much for uploading it. Now I have the chance to find the CD again after all these years.

Brilliant username too - I was going to hire or buy a little folk harp (I can't afford a concert one, but you can get folk harps at a pretty reasonable price) because they just sound so beautiful. The closest I have at the moment is a little child's zither.
