Mark's already very fit and looks healthy-he just appears at the wrong time so that moment makes him look a bit like that. Maybe he just woke up from a bad night and looked thus a bit puffy. Music is a business.I know they are real westlife fans like u.But here in sri lanka if u ask from a somebody who's your favorite western artist .Most of them wud reply Westlife!!!but it's doubtful whether most of them even have heard anything of them other than "My love".
