I'm willing to bet the 'twist' at the end is something along the lines of de Niro's character has cancer and has come to get close with his family for his final days. It looks good, but it also looks like standard hollywood writing.

Whoever is putting together these trailers needs to be replaced. They all look the same: Same pauses at places, bouncy music and music integration, same climax toward the end, same light comic jokes, and such a cliche narrator: "a journey he never expected to make".
