  • I love a good Rendang, best curry in the universe ;)

  • You're amazing and awesome! Love you

  • Everytime there's a video about malaysian, there must an unsatisfied indonesian trying to talk about they're shits.

  • no matter where rendang cames from we came here to enjoy the cooking show...

  • @raykrislianggi who cares? LOL

  • Beef Rendang is originally from Padang, Indonesia.. Not from Malaysia.. OMG!!!

  • Comment removed

  • malaysian food is absolutely gorgeous, went to a malaysian restraunt in shepards bush once, I could kill for that kinda food!

  • sorry to say but looking at you making me more hungry!

  • cmon malay, could you just create your own traditional food?

    lovely dish anyway ;)

  • u don't use kerisik??? :)) different state different ingredient n steps right.... nice vid :)

  • @zaq4810 dear kerisik tu sma jgk gan coconut toast yg dia buat tu...hmmmm...

  • lovely dish :))

  • your food look gorgeous! cant wait to try them. btw, u r beautiful as well =x

  • Malaysian's traditional dish???excuse me...I believe Rendang is INDONESIAN traditional dish from Padang, Sumatera..stop claiming others' tradition pleaseeee....!!!

  • hot babe.. I like your beef rendang...

  • DELICIOUS.....and not just the food......

  • @PPurnomo90 awww, thanks so much :D X

  • Beef Rendang is a traditional Indonesian food, adopted by Malaysians. It's not a traditional Malaysian dish.

  • @raykrislianggi Considering that it has been enjoyed in Malaysia for more than 500 years, I think it's fair to state that it is ALSO a traditional Malay dish - regardless of the origin.

  • @EMichael79 Regardless it's been enjoyed for more than 500 years DOESN'T mean it can be claimed as a Malaysian dish. It's as foolish as if China claimed sushi their traditional dish.

  • @raykrislianggi I don't think Caroline will argue that it doesn't originate from Indonesia, but you're missing the point. It is a traditional dish in the Malaysian kitchen as well. If we use your kind of logic, people outside Germany can't have a tradition of using Christmas trees, because it originated there.

  • @EMichael79 Different story. In that case, countries outside Germany never claim Christmas tree is theirs.

  • @raykrislianggi curry for examples have been claim by many country such as thai, sri lanka and curry also claim by british goverment as their traditional national dish! but the indian goverment and people doesn't give a shit about it like indonesian on their rendang! FYI according to unesco specification, anything or any cultural items that has been used or practice for more than a hundred year is consider as their's traditional heritage...please do some research ok.

  • @zulhilmi1234567 I don't give a shit about those careless governments. Do you have any idea that Indonesia has more than 2000 cultures which needs to be taken care of? That's more than any culture possessed by any country in the world, and we won't let other country take a slightest chance to claim it theirs. UNESCO specifications doesn't change the fact that it's originated in Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia.

  • @raykrislianggi Gosh get a life. doesnt matter where it came from, its just a cooking show and we are here to share and enjoy the food.

  • @eyes2289 Gosh, you don't even get my point.

  • @raykrislianggi to be precise it's a minang traditional dish..minang people exist in malaysia..even the first king of malaysia..the person printed in the malaysian money is a minang decent...so basically it's a traditional malaysian dish as much as the indonesian want to claim it totally thiers..we dont adopted it we inherit it from the same ancestor..dont forget that we use to be one before separated by the english & the dutch.

  • OMG... is she promoting her "meat"?

  • thanks, very nice dish

  • @gondronggondrong Thanks and your very welcome :) X

  • Everybody know Rendang is from Indonesia, especially West Sumatra. I really hate how she said "BEEF RENDENG", disgusting.

  • @herovilly21 She could've called the beef rendEng as "BASO TAHU" for all i care. It's HER video. Why the hate?

  • @dogoly2k hehe, aw thanks lovely.... yeah, everyone has their own version, it's as simple as that? Hope your well and really appreciate the comment :) XX

  • @sukyization

  • @pashaa182 Nah.. It's Cape Malay's. South Afrika. LOLs

  • Whoa that rendang looks yummy! Hari Raya is just around the corner and I can't wait to cook rendang...but you know what? as a Malaysian, rendang would never ever be complete without ketupat. So I think you should make a video on how to make ketupat too !

    Btw, Greetings from M'sia :)

  • all i have to say is very well said and well done , I love the video ! Very well explain on how to make the Malaysian Redang. I don't understand why there are people to leave nasty comments to you ? It is not important if its Malaysians or Indonesian. Both countries having great food for sure. And your voice is perfectly normal. All is good, keep up the good work. Bon courage ! Au revoir

  • @audaciaallseas haha such a hater...guess your mum didnt cuddle you much as a kid...or you're insecure about some inadequacy ..

  • too bad rendang is indonesian malays steal everything from indonesia culture

  • @PeekerChu is it wrong if my ancestors keep their culture, adat, languages, foods or cloths in whenever they goes or settled in some places? then, how come u said that we, Malaysian stealing ur culture because in fact, we came from the same descendents, be either we are Minang, Bugis, Mandailing, Jawa, Melanau, Melayu, Orang Laut, and many more. we are not stealing, but we proudly stand that it is still live in our modern multi-societies & be part of our life too!!! u should being proud, not sad

  • @PeekerChu Too bad you can't appreciate food without spreading hatred.

  • dessicated.

  • Caroline -

Awesome dish - I think I can do this one, as lazy as I am. I guess it is easier to buy than to cook. I am trying to switch back to home cooking and truth be told, it is pretty hard, given that I live close to most restaurants. One day, some day, I will conquer my fear for food preparation and cooking. LOL. Great thanks!!!!

  • @parkerkimm hehe, I reckon you can do this one too! Give it a go, you will have a great sense of satisfaction when you cook it and then sit down to eat your accomplishment ;) thanks for commenting and have a lovely weekend x
