Honestly, i'm not very good at explaining things. The way I've learned is to just keep practicing and eventually you will come up with your own tricks, but i will reccomend Safire hula hoop tutorials. She's unique and I've heard that she explains her routines well. I hope that helps. Happy Hooping!!!

That particular hoop, umm I just got it from walmart. It's one of those water-weighted ones. It's the largest one that they sell there. It's been a while since I've bought walmart hoops so i don't know if they still sell them. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching.
