Hey girl ! I'm in Dallas too. I use to go to Town East also but stopped they too crowded and rude as hell. I go to Northpark ( they have a MAC store and a counter at the Dillards., or the Galleria. They have one at The Parks in Arlington.
@msjrk1984 I've been to the counter in the Parks and the lady that used to handle me was a latin lady and was real cool. Also the one in the new Uptown Village in Cedar Hill (Dillards counter) they've been really nice as well.

Hey girl ! I'm in Dallas too. I use to go to Town East also but stopped they too crowded and rude as hell. I go to Northpark ( they have a MAC store and a counter at the Dillards., or the Galleria. They have one at The Parks in Arlington.

@msjrk1984 I've been to the counter in the Parks and the lady that used to handle me was a latin lady and was real cool. Also the one in the new Uptown Village in Cedar Hill (Dillards counter) they've been really nice as well.

MAC need to get their shit together b/c other brands (some cheaper) are stepping shit up to where its hard to buy MAC now....at least for me. You can find dupes everywhere now and are just as good! lol speak on it.... I love going to stores and catch wind of an attitude. I politely let them know they were the ones who chose to work in customer service. Then i ask them who would their corporate office think was more important.... a rude employee or a paying customer, and they normally straighten up.

I had a slightly rude one in one of the MAC stores and it was almost time for her to get off. So...since she wanted to be rude, I put her to work 1/2 hour over her time to get off. By the end of it all, she was real nice.
