As you can see from previous comments back in the specific date, there are comments saying that this has worked. Something is wrong with your computer. I tried looking around and the only answer i could find, was to get Hijackthis.

It fix's the registry system apparently.

i believe that maybe this virus has blocked all internet access to possible ways of getting rid of it because every link that i click on that has something to do with getting rid of trojans and viruses it displays the 'no connection' screen. But every other link for other purposes works perfectly

It is just a simple msn virus. Nothing more, nothing less. If it is something other than the virus which is sent to you by picture, I cannot help you. I am terribly sorry and I hope in the future you get rid of this virus. If however there is no possible way of removing, why not try to format your computer? I know it is a silly thing to do over a virus but sometime's it happens.

Well If you accepted it from whom sent It you, then you should know. If you still don't know, perhaps take a look in your received files to see the virus and the name. Just dont accept .exe/.dll files from people on Windows Live Messenger In the future.

If It's not in your received files, don't worry. It may not even be there. Just follow the rest of the video and you should be fine. If It's the virus where it sends a link to all of your friends then I'm not sure this is the right video for you. It may be but just try to be sure.

Yea i wouldnt reccommend using this method, if you dont know how to use the registry editor you could severely damage your computer. Also alot more viruses are clever than this and cant be easily deleted as this.

Also you forgot to reset your system restore copies of the virus are held there until you reset it.

Try useing technical help forums there are many people who are willing to help you with your problems and will be much more helpful, good luck and happy virus hunting!
