I know exactly how you feel. My first performance on stage, I was so focused on stage presence that I neglected my vocals. Nerves get the better of you, but it's good to have these videos because you can look back on them, turn right around and fix everything you see wrong next time you do it.

Don't listen to people who tell you that you can't sing. Don't give up and keep polishing your act. You're far further now than anyone who would criticise you will ever be. Good job to all of you!

Nerves can really hit your voice. Sounds like you're holding back a bit, not really giving it all with full confidence. But i can tell you have the reach, the sound, and everything, so just work on the stagefright at special occassions and i'm sure you'll do totally great.
