  • ATCQ allday everyday

  • The singing in this tune is so sweet and soulfull. Reminds me of summer evenings with a nice big something in the ashtray

  • girls love the gym cos it causes crazy friction

when it goes up in it, it fluctuates their diction

I still love understand the ooomphs cos that was I met her for,

I am hooked on the swing so call me a music whore.

    Nuff said.

  • @charizardtom i think you missed some of the word play "girls love the jim cause it causes crazy friction when it goes up in it fluctuates the diction" Jim as in jimmy as in penis and then when it goes up in it fluctuates the DICKtion.

  • @charizardtom Epic fail

  • Ciggy still on the go, so in honour of Mr Beats Dolan's fave album, night all..

  • atcq will forever be dope. no matter what.

  • rewind rewind rewind!!!

  • all ik is tha golden age of hip-hop from '86-'94 was when the smoothest and lyrically dopest shit came out, wish i couldve grown up back then but with music as timeless as this and the internet it doesnt mattr when you wer born aslong as we can peice a j and chill to tha crisp sound of our favorite poets

  • real hip hop people respect it !!!

  • Vic-Dog is in the house!

  • Just seeing by google that this song was on an album from 1991 amazes me. I thought this song was one of ATCQ's newer songs, it seems really ahead of its time to me. But i'm only 17 so i wouldn't know most of the songs that were playing in 1991.

  • @bengo940

keep diggin into that 90's hiphop... a lot of gems. I was a teenager then so I know what Im talking about.

  • @bengo940 yo man , just normal dude who read your posting . I was just realizing that your seventeen and able to go on google , internet radio , music on the phone etc just the fact you can listen to anything , anytime . If was 17 and had the tools today , I don't know I wanted to ask ?

Is it a gift or a curse ?? we had to travel a bit more to get music thus forcing young people to go out more, socialize more ,yet you can learn , hear ,be more exposed now . What do you think ?

  • @maverickdoesgoose it's good to have the internet as you can learn a lot and find out about a lot of things without trying as much as you would have to without internet. However it would be nice to live in a time where internet wasn't as useful. I would like it if i was a teen in the 90's. Although you can easily make friends on the net, it feels better to see them in real life. I wish i went out more. Without net it's harder to hide some interests but then that could be a good thing.

  • @maverickdoesgoose was much better when i was a kid! Yes the internet is soooo useful but u SAW ur friends not just spoke to em on MSN or FB, too much!! I love that everythin is so accesible. But is it too accessible and wat about the socialising IN PERSON!!!!!

  • hello youtube :) this is Adam & Jun from Vigorous Ice Blue Eyes, we are a duo who do hip hop, one of us makes the lyrics, the other makes the beats.

please check out our channel if u like changed music

o, nd we're also 15 so we're tryin to get better, so any feedback you have, please tell us, if we suck, we would like to know

  • I agree with WellofWisdom. This bass line is awesome. R.C. should have been in the video! Great track. Great vibe.

  • Ron Carter is a bass legend!

  • I think this may be my favorite bass line in any hip hop song, I've ever heard. Especially at the end. Damn, Ron.

  • Just bought the album today!!

  • this song makes me wet

  • Mann, I am 21 years old and stopped smoking for over 3 years now. This remembers me to the stoned days. When i was living at night always, Smoking a bit and listen to this. It makes me want to start again.

  • @pashquil i wish it was so thes ppl have no good taste in music only a few ppl like us who search utube for them

  • too many niggas up on 50 cent , saying this is shit, people need re educating

  • No Maxin, Busta is from a group called Leaders Of A New School. Members were B.Rhymes, C-Brown, Dinco D and DJ Milo.

If you put the group on youtube searche you'll get their songs Sobb Story and Case of The PTA.

  • Just curious Maxinlena, are you like very young or something? Because I'm surprised at your question. Not meant as an insult just curious.

ATCQ is Q-Tip, DJ Ali-Shaheed, Phife and Jarobi (well Jarobi was with them at the beginning and then vanished).

  • @maxinlena

busta rhymes came from a gorup called "Leaders Of The New School"

  • No, he came out of Leaders of the New School.

  • the americans are so lucky, they had the chance to see some of the best hip-hop acts in the flesh

  • @moarfan5678 - Your absolutely right....The problem is so many of us, like myself, took all the great acts like ATCQ for granted back in the day.....BETTER NOW THAN NEVER I SUPPOSE

    one

  • wow real rap

  • sick nasty

  • Don't forget "Ron Carter on the bass." One of the best.

  • i saw em liveee yooo! the concert was straight up ILL atcq!

  • the good ole days (high school)

  • the one and only q- tip!!!

  • damn i wish this had a video.

  • lol this is the vid to find a way

  • this hip-hop lives inside my mind!! it died in the industry when it went all to business. (sigh)

  • Q-Tip F.L.O.W.E.D his ass off on this one. They could use this as a lesson plan in an "introduction to basic dope ass hip hop 101" class in college. Go back to school, Gucci Mane. Learn ya fundamentals.

  • @mrwesdaddy You tell them, you tell them rappers of crappers of today. Seriously!!

  • @mrwesdaddy youaintnevalied

  • @mrwesdaddy hahahaha mos def

  • @mrwesdaddy As an oldschooler, I WHOLEHEARTEDLY agree!!

  • @mrwesdaddy Bust out some rhymes, o' mighty critical blanco nino.

  • @mrwesdaddy thanks, well said.

  • @mrwesdaddy y cant we just uplift and artist. we have to condemn or discredit another artist just to say a tribe called quest is good? what does gucci have to do with ATCQ nobody is looking for dope jazzy rap and picking up gucci mane just like noone is looking for hard bass pumping beats and listening to ATCQ.

  • this is the real shit that i like not the bull thats on the radio

  • @KaylaTheTerrible True that, true that. Real rap music.

  • seriously? i think it's banging.

  • Listen to Caring if it was anybody else i wud say that song is wak, but Q-tip is jus a work of art!!!!!!!

  • Q-Tip has a new CD dropping tuesday I think. Kamaal the Abstract is what it's called.

  • yeah its good, but its the heatwave sample behind the beat that just killz it!

    pure genius.

  • why do you miss it? the real hip hop has been around the whole time and still is, people just don't care to look

  • Tribe is definitely one of the best rap groups ever. I think that they don't get the props that they deserve as being some of the greatest producers ever.

  • I miss TRUE HIP HOP!!!!

  • i miss real hip hop

  • the thing that men and women need to do is stick together

progressions can't be made of we're separate forever

  • The Low END Theory was there best album ever! Both men deserve to be in the rap hall of fame forsure!

  • Man, this takes me back to Christmas time of '92 when this album was playing non stop and me and the sibs were just vibing to it.

  • What's with the Find A Way vid?

  • Never mind. Saw the rest of the vid. It ok.

    Nice Work

  • A Tribe Called Quest <3

  • i had a dream about my man last night...

  • Pete Rock is in the house, C.L. is in the house

  • haha, yeah, cause im sure you really know your hip hop, your name is WWE2K9X, your prolly a cousin fucking hillbilly.

  • This is funny coming from someone who has a Soulja Boy song as a favorite. I'm much younger that you and I have a better music taste than you.

  • that's that beat from Heatwave Star of a Story ... the original song is cold as hell too

  • Right...Star of a Story from the Central Heating lp Heatwave was Da SHHHH.

  • The good old days, nothing will ever compare to A Tribe Called Quest

  • The most underrated and underappreciated group with Lords of the Underground and Gang Starr 2nd and 3rd respectively.

  • U can't really call ATCQ underappreciated, though. They went platinum a few times and their albums are considered some of the greatest ever. Now groups like Freestyle Fellowship, Gang Starr, and Souls of Mischief were VERY undervalued.

  • Freestyle Fellowship...I'd like to hear more stuff from them...they're pretty dope!!

  • This whole album is a treasure, and , IMO, is their best album. This song used to get mad play back in the day, when I had this on cassette, and this was the second album that I ever bought, my first was People's instinctive Travels... That was a hot album as well. Still, for me, there isn't a stand out song on this album, they all got played to death. Love this song, though!

  • smoke my first blint 2 ,this atcq is the best

  • One love to Tribe Called Quest! And much respect to the hip hop siren Vinia Mojica on the hook! oooooh, ya know ya got it goin' on!

  • This group is the reason I discovered Hip-Hop!!! I remembering coping Midnight Marauders... then getting Low End and then the rest is history!!!

Real Hip-Hop ... no supermannin them hoes!

  • @smthomas23 hahaha the same thing happend to me

  • YO!!! I remember laying in bed every night back home in Brooklyn... laxin to this whole album.. If there is one influential hiphop group out there that deserves the Rock 'n' Roll hall of Fame next to Run DMC its ATCQ*** ~2Low*

  • such a tight song...im just gettin into a tribe called quest but they bring the funk

  • Low end theory - 4th grade...

    i still remember every word

grew up on this stuff right here

  • Im so far behind on the "old school" classics...I missed out on so much beauty, and lyrical superiority...WORD TO ALLAH, ATCQ is one of the best.... easy!!!!!!!!!

  • One of my fav if not favorite atcq TRACK! YES! ATCQ forever! also check out this new group the E.M.S. Crew out of Central NJ! they certainly don't dissapoint. They have a myspace page!

  • i like oldschool so much!

5 stars for my favourite band!

    come and check my beats!

    i make them with feeling

  • the what? the PROPER!

  • Low End Theory is one the greatest albums of any genre period.

  • Low End Theory

one of the greatest albums period.

    peep my vids

  • Dang He high as hell when he was talkin in da begining

  • Why'd I get thumbs down??

  • "The low end theory" is one of the best in REAL HIP HOP!!. i like the video mix with the"1nce again" & "find a way" videos.

  • and "Oh my God"

  • isn't this clip for "Oh my god?"

  • DOPE!? ..

  • love this group

  • The Low End Theory was the best album by the tribe ever! I still play this cd today!

  • Why wouldn't you?

  • Progression can't be made if we're separate forever!

  • damm...

brings me back to a time in my life when things where better.

    dope.....

    peace

    ---jerry

  • how awesome to have ron carter on bass here. A tribe tops all

  • this song is just redicalus. Q-Tip just gets off. And, everything about this song is so cool. Love this song:)

  • This is just a compilation of different tribe videos.

  • im sure that the video dont match the tune ? am i correct ?

  • hey captain obvious in the house?

wanna a chocolate chip cookie now??

  • whoa i just noticed that they sampled this beat from heatwave-star of the story

  • how old is this ?

  • ahahh used the same video

  • listen to all the people he shouts out. Pete rock and cl smooth, big daddy kane, brand nubian, jungle bros, de la soul, nice and smooth, beat nuts, special ed..all classic MC's.

    peace to the 90's...

  • even though they aren't on this track you can never forget Black Moon,Organized Konfuizon,Gang Starr,Group Home and Wu-Tang the 90's really were the illest spot for hip hop and the best to ever happen

  • Do not sleep on the 80's!!!

  • the 80's got it all rolling and started i could never sleep on those cats but in my opinion the 90s was the high point of hip hop

  • True.... but the 80's is when EPMD, P.E., Big Daddy Kane, Special Ed and Even Dj Polo and Kool G Rap came out.... Im just saying... This was a great time for Hip Hop.... No Commmercial Gangstas on the scene... Dre was sporting makeup with World Class Wrecking Cru....LOL

  • Word Up styll...80's was mad Raw. Eric B. & Ra got it started!!! Just real Hip Hop period.

    Peace.

  • some of the new school still pay tribute to the old school on their tracks.

  • word, this takes me back. real hip hop.

  • bonita bonita estos siempre partiendolo

  • this song is great

  • If hearing this song DON'T make u love rap music, for the rest of your life? I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY.... IM SPEECHLESS...

  • i remember i got this tape at leopold's records in berkeley back in 91. a lot of those lines have remained stuck in my head permanently like "once had a fetish, fetish for some booty," and "write my rhyme straight up don't give it no fancy stencil."

  • Phife Dawg is very underrated

  • Same as 2Na from Jurassic 5 Akils the only one respected ATM: but i can see why Akil disses rap so hard.
