Tribe is definitely one of the best rap groups ever. I think that they don't get the props that they deserve as being some of the greatest producers ever.
U can't really call ATCQ underappreciated, though. They went platinum a few times and their albums are considered some of the greatest ever. Now groups like Freestyle Fellowship, Gang Starr, and Souls of Mischief were VERY undervalued.
This whole album is a treasure, and , IMO, is their best album. This song used to get mad play back in the day, when I had this on cassette, and this was the second album that I ever bought, my first was People's instinctive Travels... That was a hot album as well. Still, for me, there isn't a stand out song on this album, they all got played to death. Love this song, though!

True.... but the 80's is when EPMD, P.E., Big Daddy Kane, Special Ed and Even Dj Polo and Kool G Rap came out.... Im just saying... This was a great time for Hip Hop.... No Commmercial Gangstas on the scene... Dre was sporting makeup with World Class Wrecking Cru....LOL
