I note some similarities to "The Oceana Roll"! I wonder which was first? "Oceana" was 1911.

A quick search turned up a 1910 date for "Hornpipe Rag", so I guess that answers the question...

Yes , I would have guessed before 1911, since this is a two minute cylinder.
