Can you please tell us first what is the material used for this process? in fact I didn't understand. Thanks

Polymer clay, it's a low heat setting clay made from petrochemicals. It heat sets at 276F/130C in the kitchen oven or a toaster oven. It costs about a dollar an ounce. It doesn't dry out and has a shelf life of years, even unwrapped. Check my profile for the link to my website where there is a gig of free tutorials using this medium.
