nope you're wrong. I work onboard and that pool is for crew. The bow of almost all cruise ships is closed off to guests, usually because it's a working area (mooring deck) but this is for crew. Thats why it says S.T.Y.L.E. on the side because that is a crew thing.
I don't know where you heard that about the penthouse but I can assure you it's not the case.
My boyfriend's training to be a CG rescuer! Nice footage! I hope she's OK... Nasty bout of seasickness perhaps? Sometimes getting off is the best thing...the ONLY thing...you can do. I'm not sure how severe it would need to be for the Coast Guard to be called.
Never seen any crew near the pool, bet they get whipped if the try, poor bastards. All get paid in peanuts and are expendable.

yeah! i knew it was coldplay. Those are the two songs I listen to most, and I'm not a huge fan of coldplay, so I mixed them up.

actually its a private penthouse hot tub, the entire nose deck you see is private, they give it away to someone on the first day if its not reserved
