Susan "DO Nothing" Rice has a genocide occurring under her watch in the Ogaden region of Ethiopia. The President of Genocide Watch has said it dwarfs the genocide in Darfur. Yet, Susan "Do Nothing" Rice is in fact funding and supporting the regime in Ethiopia that is carrying out the genocide and ethnic cleansing.

Will she make similar speech few years down the road apologizing for failing to prevent the genocide in Ethiopia?

at 4:50 Dr Rice saw "still decomposing bodies...6months later" in some schoolyard. How long does it take for a human corpse to decompose under Rwandan climate? I doubt that one would find anything else than bones after 6 months of exposure in the open. Those corpses were more likely the remains of Hutus killed by Kagame's RPF.

She didn't specify when the people were killed, only that six months after the massacre she visited and there were corpse where she visited.

@IdeaCanonVid She specifically said "the decomposing bodies". Which to me means those still decomposing bodies were from people who had been killed more recently than 6 months before S. Rice's visit. People who were killed after the RPF had seized power and controlled the entire territory of Rwanda.
