Saban didn't even do that his first year at bama. AU also won eight games without the two top 5 classes that they now have on campus. AU is in every way better than the 09 squad, so to say that they will do worse than 8-5 is stupid.
I am a Bama grad and both of my kids go to Bama. I want Bama in every BCS championship. But, if Bama isn't there, it's fine with me if Auburn or LSU is there. Why? Because all three schools have great traditions of kick ass football!
