I only found out this song was written by 'The Vargas Blues Band' after I had recorded it.

The version I am playing is from the 'Santana Brothers' album,

I saw the Santana brothers play most of the Brothers Cd on new years eve 1994 in Oakland Ca. Al Green opened the show and he kicked ass. That cd truly has some of the finest guitar work ever.

I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work from that CD.

Man you do a fantastic job.. I notice you have a PRS Santana model Guitar, something I dont have but is it possible to get that fantastic tone without a PRS. I would love to play this tune at the local coffee night but I just cant seem to be able to get that sound even though I have a Pod. What gear do you use and what Amp settings do you use. Thanks again for mastering such a beautiful song.

love this album - there are 4 or 5 tracks on here with some great playing from carlos. it wasnt a commercial success though, which is a shame. you do nail this song though!

How is the octave section done? Are you muting the 2nd and 3rd strings with the middle and ring fingers? I would like to learn that technique. It looks that you can't put down that custom 24. Regards, Franco. :)
