  • As it my seem that this may have worked out for you but as we all know you can do 300 all day long and that abs are built in the kitchen not the gym. Most people need dietary help not crazy workouts. And yes I maintain a 8-10%BF and it's mostly all diet...but I will try this. Thanks.
