Better standard definition on tv while recording ( read descriptoin )

whenever i play with the dazzle and component cables, the display is high quality, but it has flashing red fuzzy lines all across the screen, and i swear its gonna give me a stroke or something. help?

ive tried this before but for some reason i play horrible when using it like this, i dont know if its my aiming of what but theres seems to be something really wired weather its a lag or something i'm not sure

i have a scart socket for my yellow white and red cables and then seperaite sockets for blue green and red, will this still work? if so will i need to use scart or componant for the source?

hey mate you know you should use the white and yellow from the rca because then you can also pick up audio

I did this last night, works great, lets you record better video quality aswel. I couldnt even play in SD for recording, but this is almost as good as if it was back on HD

i think i understand the meaning of this setup now...the dazzle normally only allows u to play in SD cuz it records in SD...but with the component cable connection the dazzle will still only record in SD but u can now play in HD

youv got the basic idea but the cable doesnt let you play in hd due to the cable being splitted too many times but it gives you alot better SD quality on your hdtv no point on a normal tv because the quality will be fine

Have you experienced any lag on your HDTV while playing games??? because I recently bought a HDTV and I cant afford to upgrade to a HD cap card and this setup might just save me as long as it doesnt lag behind while im playing games

not atoll mate , its perfect for me , when i use the red white and yellow scart the quality makes me sick but i tryed this and it helped alott , i have a samsung hdtv and it made the writing on the xmb much clearer and in game you can make outv the killfeed , hope it helps
