@naisi Haha a very big retard down at my gym. I did not bother doing in it in the end as inevitably I started to get fat. I train three times a week now and eat like a horse, seems most people down my gym are on steroids and get huge within months it;s hard going doing it naturally!

Its no problem in using your body like that, the guy have apparently worked out for a while, and he do the exercise the way he needs to get good muscle contact.
well, that's a mistake a lot of guys make..you actually don't have to use heavy weights to get good results...any real bodybuilder or at least nutritionist will tell you diet is much more important (and much more difficult to maintain) than the actual exercises

Not bad, i have currently started eating loads for 6 months and then smashing the gym for six months this is the first time i have tried it.
Im relatively new to bodybuilding and was advised by a monster to do it this way, can anyone tell me if this is a good or bad idea?
Im just looking for size not an amazing physique but obviously dont want to just get fat!
