WOW the only other voice that calms me down is Jared leto..and no listening to JL's cd's doesn't put me to sleep he has to be talking to me. So I am just gonna use you since this is available all the time. I have insomnia/anxiety and this has help me relax some...so that's saying alot...THANX

For the past three days ive had the worst time trying to sleep. Last night was no exception.. And i went to your page and saw you uploaded a new sleep hypnosis and was excited! My only complaint was the music was a little too loud. I'd prefer it to be a background to your voice, which i find incredibly soothing. The countdown was AWESOME. You have no idea how awesome your voice is.. it makes me numb and relaxed SO quickly! So thank you so much.. i slept awesomely for the first time in three days

Thanks for another one! I use YouTube all the time to meditate, relax, and even fall asleep to. This is so helpful and I appreciate the time and care you put into your videos. The audio comes through kind of quiet though--not sure if anything can be done (maybe increase mic volume or get closer to it?). I use my notebook, which doesn't put out the sound the external speakers do.
