If you let dogs chew on your skin (fingers) when they are little, they will think that it is ok to chew on skin when they get older. I train dogs. Lol just sayin.

I have one of these dogs and they are the BEST!!!! Only difference is I think mine has a little bit of Glen of Imaal and Jack Russel in it but either way it's so so so cute

@krstnlhjt I have a Welsh Corgi and they have extremely sweet dispositions, i have never interacted with a Pembroke for very long but I have heard they can be slightly more agressive (however the way a dog acts is really dependant on the owner and the proper amount of training they give the dog)

Do Penbrokes only come in the sand/white color? Cardigans seem to have more variety of colors. Both are so cute

Is this a Mixed of Pembroke X Cardigan Welsh Corgi? I can see the Sable/White one has a pure face of a Pembroke but it has a long tail.

@SiroWan true. I have two Pembroke Welsh Corgies. One of them look 99% like the Sable White one except he has a shorter tail. They are soooo Cute!

@kogepansanx both breeds of corgis LOOKS alike but the are from different places and have different ancesters.The may look the same but all u need to tell if it's cardigan or pembroke, the tail is the answer

@lineong Both Pembrokes and Cardigans have those ears that can pick up racio stations around the world. LOL. Cant tell the difference from the butt any more because more Pembroke owners are selecting the breed that has a tail However, Cardigans seem to have bigger ears, from the pictures I have seen. Both breeds are big dogs with no legs. LOL

@kogepansanx According to the standard for Cardigan Welsh Corgis they come in the same coats as Pembroke Welsh Corgis but they also come in Blue Merle, Brindle, and Black and White with either Tan or Brindle points. Just because these dogs have the same color/coat as a Pem does not make them the same breed or a Pem mix. Cardigans are larger, have more bone, a narrower head, rounded tops to their ears, and will never have a natural bob. There are other differences too. The standard will outline.

@xXHelloKittyAnimexX No they are not. People commonly think they are getting a small dog, but corgis are BIG dogs with short legs. They do not have a "small dog" disposition, and they will take over unless you know what you're getting into. I've had corgis my whole life.
