get in front of a counter top like your dresser and when you do them, try to lean back and keep your back straight while putting most of the weight back behind you. Use the dresser to keep your balance but not to help pull you up. Stay down for a 2 count on each one. Do a set of 25 and on the last one stay down for 5-10 seconds. Do 5 sets of that and tell me how you feel in the morning
sore as hell but those get you strong also a good thing to do when bench pressing is burnouts start at how ever much wait you can bench press do as many as you can then go down 5 pounds do as many as you can and so on till you get to the bar then do it with the bar and the next morining ya but do it only twice a week

Yes it can but there are other exercises that can help with higher jumps, like box jumps. Have a happy holiday!

Try doing it Mon., Wed. and Fri. and see how you feel. Then you can add 30 min. of weight training on Tues. and Thurs.
