This is a really good song, but it's just not Homestar.

This would be like you were dancin' at the CLOUGHB and you were too busy to realize what song was on; or maybe the intro was part of a segue out of another song we didn't hear. Either way, it doesn't sound like something you'd pay attention to, no matter how much work was put into it.

It's good for what it is: a little song stuck to a heavy beat meant for dancin' at the CLOUGHB.
