This is not to get the fastest possible speed. The pedals are for special effects and when you listen to Henker, you hear that he doesn't use it much (at ultra high speed).
I like the way he generates low audio frequences (;-)) and this is fucking difficult to play.

About fucking time a band after 2001 made some proper sounding death metal that wasn't on some emo sounding bullshit. I really appreciated this track.
@peniku8 You can buy them just used, these pedals are discontinued but with 200-300€ each you can have a pair of them.
Instead you can find cannon twin effect pedals or some cheap pedals like so, works the same except for the not so perfect feeling, from 130€ each or so.
These works great on my ankle, i got better movements and coordination, but after a week of hard work i can't do fast double bass, just sloppy "random-alike".
yeah i know these pedals. musicstore has the same pedals (their brand called fame) for only 90€.
That's the reason why I drive to the Store (Köln) because I want to try them out. I am practicing Heel-Toe on my Pearl Eliminator Demon (the best double pedal, i think). I only get up to 200 bpm with my 16th notes without getting a spasm :( if I play normal (heel up) i get up to 260 bpm and 250 for longer time. I hope the heel toe will work better in future if i practice more
What looks and sound so easy to play with these pedals became a NIGHTMARE when you put your feet on and try to play some "decent" stuff.

I own 2 of these pedals.
What looks and sound so easy to play with these pedals became a NIGHTMARE when you put your feet on and try to play some "decent" stuff.
