@justiswhite they share an almost identical appearance and names that are so similar that no mistake can be made when looking at them. By law since the likeness alone is unmistakable that alone qualifies as copyright infringement. if you had made them look like that but then called him captain ash ketchum people wouldnt care. back in beta there were so many lookalikes that it became a bannable offense to have a character look like a copyrighted character and im sure its still the same way.
