Nasty restraint holds, they shouldn't be jerked on like this as it can cause long term joint damage. Even though he demonstrates the moves with great precision there is little shown of Aiki's circular flow! Both Tori & Uke are extremely rigid. This is not a great demonstration of Aikido but more about showing off!

Your comments reflect your inexperience and ignorance in Budo. If you had some degree of skill you`d realise that one is able to execute techniques like these and not injure anyone. Proper practice gives you precision and control.
