Trolls are a scourge on any message boards, the only thing anyone can do is ignore them, ban their comments, and then deal with it. The other thing you folks need to do is look for ways to track down this loser and take his access off your directory site. I've been tailing this troll for some time, and if you can gouge his eyes out (IE isolate his IP address and ban it from your site), then he should be out of the way
