great deck, need some plains, i'm making a deck that basically brake every rule in the book, i still need a few cards, i have cards that give me flying and shroud, reach trample ect. basically everything is untouchable, i also have 3 mind controls to counter other mind controls, im looking to make a green blue though, great cards are mitotic slime, and jinxed idol, junxed idol is great to piss other players off, it gives a player -2 life evry upkep, and pass it to another person it sux

ok ok.. i have a green deck..a nasty green deck. the most powerful cards in it are torastodon,engulfing slagwurm(3),mossbridge troll..and primevil titan. now the thing with mossbridge troll is this..if you have creatures on the battle feild total power ten or greater tap thos cards and mossbridge troll gets +20+20 until end of turn. i had all of those cards above out. the opponet failed misserably lol.

@aerfett247 get a roughshod mentor, green creatures you control have trample forever, not just one turn, and a blanchwood armor, it gives +1/+1 for every forest you control, they go great in a green deck, and are in a gurruk wildspeaker-teeth of the predator deck, its got 24 forests, and is great for starting, but even better for taking apart and deck building

I have a question. Can one tap an infinite amount of swamps to grant a card like Frozen Shade an X amount of +1/+1 until end of turn. For instance, the card begins as a 0/1, but if i tp 4 mana on it does that mean he is a 5/4 until end of turn?

@EndlessStarfall you cannot tap infinite amout of mana unless a card allows you to do so. If you tap 4 mana, sine the shade is a 0/1, it will become a 4/5 until EOT.

Yeah but even on the magic the gathering official website they separate. They put sorcery/instant and so forth in one category, and they put creatures in another when telling people whats in decks.

i have a secert weapon, syphon life, but it takes so much mana sacrificing to keep summoning it out of the graveyard, it makes the enemy lose 2 life and you gain 2 life, it has retrace on it.

I would drop the Pools in favour of a reflecting pool or that one that taps for a blue if you control an island / white if you control a plains (name escapes me atm, its 6am). Do you really find yourself building up a lot of charge counters then effectively using them?

That, or if your mana base seems to keep screwing you sup in 3 terramorphic expanse instead. it SEEMS slow but it serves a dual purpose - thins the deck (less likely to top deck a land) and gets you the EXACT mana you need atm.

Get rid of the blue planes walker, teferi, and urza factory. You only need like 12 coutner spells. Seem too slow vs aggro, especailly counter faerie. Your deck doesn't bring out fast mana, like ramp deck, you need mana artifacts. and you have too many cards with mana cost of 4 or more mana, which is not good. the way you got the deck you need 24-26 land with mana artifacts.

What fucking no girl friend, no job loser came up with FNM? People are too tire on work days to stay up til 12-1 am to play MTG or even take their kids to mtg. MTG would brings more people if it was on saturday or sunday. It should be saturday afternoon or night or sunday afternoon, instead of FNM wtf. Friday night is great for dating chicks, especially when they come home with you afterwards (*_*) believe me I know.

For fun, I built a deck and played against my friends Horde of Notions deck. He scooped because I dropped a turn 1 Tormods Crypt and turn 2 Wheel of Sun and Moon and then proceeded to drop the beats with green/white elves.

When I built this deck, I wasn't looking for Wizards, I was looking for control. When I got to look at the deck I noticed that almost everything was a wizard so I put the Bannerets in to make them cost cheaper. Most players I went up against never got rid of the Bannerets until I played Teferi for 3, counter for 1, and played Sower for 2. Most players are not bothered by a 1/1 dude (LOL).

i like this deck build, but i would make some changes....

-2 Visions for 2 Ponder (not drawing it on opening hand is bad,ponder will let you see the top 3,suffle and draw.

-2 Jace for 2 Command... Control is better than draw.

other than that, deck looks good.

I dont have 4 Commands just 2...I like Jace in the deck because he is good bait when your opp. realizes that they aren't draw any cards and he usually saves me in the early game. I also use him for an easy SB (sideboard). I did have troubles drawing Visions in the 1st 3 turns, so I might just take those out. Might take out Jace and just add 4 Ponder (I forgot about Ponder, stupid me). Thanks for the input.

Well last night I played with the deck.

These were the match-ups:

Round 1: againts elves- lost in 3..mana screwed.

Round 2: Kithkin- won in 2

Round 3: Doran Rock- won in 2

Round 4: Goblins- VERY CLOSE- won in 3

Round 5: Supposed to play the Elf deck again, but he opt to draw.

Record overall: 3-1-1
