Trading Psychology - The Peter Principle in Trading

Notice how's his body language effects his eyes movement? When he imagines something he eyes will look at the right side, but when he talks about actual experiences of trading money management, system etc his eyes will shift to his LEFT side. To me he is very successfull and confident person. I would like to learn from him. I've been trading 4yrs and not profitable, it has to do something with psychology.
