@CeeEmmz also m8 best way to gain weight in my opinion is do alot of training on your training days and have plenty of rest for your muscles to recover and expand .. eat healthy go on a strict diet that involves more protein intake than fat and just try and cut down on sugar and fat really .. i was naturally 133lbs and now im 152lbs in a month!!

im 5ft 3 - 5ft 4 in between and im 130lbs but skinny and im thinkin of going for the bantam weight class and wondering what is the best way to gain 5 lbs of lean muscles for this weight class???
