In my culture..Nigger simply means Male...Bytch means Female..For example..it could be a room with 2 white men, 2 asian men, and 2 black men and 2 women...you would say it's 6 niggas and 2 bytches in the room...race has nothing to do with it...As a matter of fact..you might even say it's 2 white niggas, 2 asian niggas and 2 black niggas..the shyt is all the same..

Bottomline: if black people continue saying nigga, so will every race and nationality with no remorse.  If it hurts so bad blacks woudln't use it. This word doesn't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon though.
