I suspect it's one or more of at least two things. My guess is that we lose some frames in the conversion between .WMV and whatever format its shown in on You Tube. Additionally, it could also be server throughput and/or network throughput.

The song is by Jason Wade and the the title is "You Belong To Me". The song come's from the soundtrack from the first Shrek movie.
