Just my 2cents,and remember I am NOT at the level Natalie is but I think if she drove her hips back under the bar sooner on the way up, her squats would come up even EASIER (and with less lean)than they already do. I mean NO disrespect at all. I compete in Olympic lifting, Power lifting and Strongman. This is just a suggestion. I'm sure if she watched me lift she could give me a few as well!!
I started watching this video about 6 months ago. I'll tell you the kind of motivation this girl (and her awesome USA Oly teammates like Gump and Roach) have given me: In June, I could only squat 155 lbs. for 20 reps. Yesterday I did 245 lbs. for 20 reps! And I go deep too. That's a 90 lb. increase in just 6 months for 20 reps. I want to be able to squat 275 lbs. for 15 reps by March 2009.
@demolisher123 Interesting. I'll try that. Stepped away from lifting for a couple of months due to massive workload at the office and trying to finish up my graduate degree, plus the girlfriend keeps me way too busy.
knees cant pass over your toes? This is olympic squatting, meaning as deep as you can get while maintaining your back as vertical as you can. show me someone who can squat ass 2 fuckin grass without knees passing toes BUT with their back as vertical as possible or their lower back not rounding and that is a freak of nature because 1. its either a midget. 2. your legs are about 2 feet shorter than your torso

This isn't good squatting form as your knee's pass over the front of your feet when you go down.. if you used proper squatting form like i use now, you will be able to squat with much heavier weight.
very impressive performance

these are not good squats...respect and all that but she is using too much weight and using too much back. half the weight and 50 reps, natalie

@jdf1972 i advise you not to do that,20 reps is too much try series with 3-5 reps,i asure you, that progress will be obvious
