you can get them used in the USA. They do not sell Japanese fenders here anymore (because the craftsmanship is just as good if not better than USA made fenders) Do a search on ebay...there are some people who will import them for you. The only gripe is that the pickup switch is a bit flimsy. I replaced it with a stock fender tele switch. Beware, the holes are drilled in the brass plate for metric screws, you may need to use a file to bore it out a bit to fit the screws in.
what a GREAT player!! I actually saw him on stage with POISON back in the early 90's in Long Island. what a JOKE it was to see this monster on stage surrounded by such mediocrity that night. thank god he banged whoever he had to bang in order to get thrown out of that band! :P
RK Fender Tele signature. Crafted in Japan. I own one. Just as good if not better than American Fenders. A musicians guitar, definitely. Doesnt hide mistakes. Huge boat or of a neck, which I love. I have big hands. I used to play Ibanez in the 90s, great guitars, but my hands would cramp from the thin neck.
