I believe my ego is me as a child, before I knew how to interpret what was going on. Our first interpretations stay in our subconscious, our childish hurts, our fears as a child of being left out, left alone, wanting more or feelings of not getting enough. A child cannot determine that the parent is busy or someone doesn't understand our feelings. So now when I feel hurt I imagine my child self and I send love because it is love that was lacking. It is always love that heals our subconscious.
I think this is a load of crap! All these people saying this and that on how we're in charge of bringing forth our own reality? I'm so sure people in Africa that are starving and no food to eat actually sat around one day and said "hey yall, lets concentrate on starving and watching our villiage die from hunger and disease"... all yall need to get a life! All this talk about ego... HAHAHAHA! I hear and see and taste what I experience because it REAL! Nothing unreal about that!

Unasleep, as I watched this video, I thought of my close friend who has cirrhosis of liver/alcoholism. I then imagined him young, strong and happy, riding a horse, laughing as he held its main, his own long hair flowing. I saw this strong version hugging the weakened, 52 yr old, reunited and crying. Then I imagined the 2 becoming one like Da Vinci's Vitruvian man, projected self and immortal self. It was a powerful meditation. Thank you.
The Ego has only ever wanted to be accepted and Loved like everything else, being half of the whole and not separate to is in my eye's oneness. For the Ego plays a major role in everything because the Ego is half of the whole. Since I accepted & loved my Ego I have found myself floating towards a wonderful balance in life. Every thing is simple, Happy & perfect, & everyday even more so. So if you truly LOVE & ACCEPT everything, then you find balance, this brings peace. Peace is our birth right.

As always it is a pleasure to see your point of view expressed so fluidly. The ego of the self in this reality base is just the Divine self experiencing itself with these projected limitations. That is why it is called the evolution of consciousness or rather consciousness becoming aware of its own potential. May humanity continue to evolve and become aware of itself as both fixed and non-fixed form.
Again very good video and again quite a bit Kabbalistic thought. Kabbalah teaches that without human egoism growth does not happen. The coarser the egoistic desire, the sooner the revelation of evil and the desire for spirituality emerges. It also teaches that the desire for spirituality is the most egoic desire because it has all the other unfulfilled desires within it since it is the last desire that emerges out of the ego when all else hasn't worked to satisfy.
I have been occasionally controlling my dreams for years, and I'm frequently aware when I'm dreaming. Now I'm going to consciously contribute to them more and more as I marry my conscious/dream relationship to my superconscious/conscious relationship.
