Leif Erikson was a much better man than Christopher Columbus. Leif Erikson discovered the New World first and more importantly he only mutually traded with the natives and aside from that, let them be. Unlike Columbus who enslaved 2 continents and invited the rest of Europe to come claim them as their own.

Columbus wanted money, looking for a route to trade with Asia but when he discovered Mesoamerican tribes, he simply exploited them and invited the rest of Europe to join him in colonizing "Asia". Vespucci was the first to prove to Europe that the New World was not Asia but two entirely different continents.
Yes, I agree. Leif Erikson was definitely a much better person, in that, certainly what we know about him thanks to history, he had morals and ethical standards that Christopher Columbus knew nothing about. Makes you wonder why these racists would hold Leif Erikson in such high regard when their behavior is that of race traitors! They spit on the memory of Leif Erikson by being racist and hell bent on using incest to destroy the human race. Inevitably, they are smacked with the Double Whammy.
I would assume Leif Erikson had never really seen people of other races before so he came to the New World without pre-concieved ideas of it's inhabitants. There were no stereotypes or preconceptions for him to be blinded by so he saw the Inuit, Iroquois, and other tribes as what they truly were: other people, just like him.
