  • i bruised my tailbone way to many times lol now it hurts to do sit ups. xD i have to sit on a pillow xD

  • Just my opinion, but tailbone, knee, etc., aches may happen whenever you add exercises or come back to training after being away for a long time. Just reduce the number of times you do the movement (reps), and the sets, enough to allow your body to develop a "callus" to the movement. Cut back for two weeks or so, then start to increase the reps and sets again back to where they were. I would not put a pillow under you or you will not harden or train that part of your body to the event.

  • You can have muscles like that just working this exercise only, BUT you must be very, very skini. I think that trick is in low fat body constitution.

  • you dont have to go the the gym to have muscle tone you just have to have a low body fat percentage if you want bigger muscles you have to lift weights this wont make much growth on your muscles and will greatly tone them up

  • Huh, what are you talking about(as i wipe the slob off my lip lol)? Nah, Zuzana has the best fitness by a female vids on Youtube. Her form is always perfect, motivation is on point, routines are strenuous, and hey, how can you complain about looking at her, she's beautiful!

  • These workouts are for toning but they are intense. I use her ab workouts.

  • From what Ive seen of Zuzana is that she does alot of body weight exercises. Which will get you toned and cut, it will build muscle. But if you want mass, you gotta use free weights to build muscle bulk.

  • I doubt it they are more aerobic/toning/endurance/ style workouts. If you want to build muscle lift heavy weights.

  • of course wieght trainning if you want to have some muscle around you but cardio is also important

  • if you can do this workout, woman or man, you are a beast regardless. but to answer your question: i think it depends on your own personal goals; i equate this workout with health. charlie james, live long

  • The exercises shown are excellent for a good mix of endurance, strentgh, balance and flexibility. But if you are only looking for building a big muscle, you will sooner or later need to do training with weights.

  • weight training is better. If your trying to loose weight, these work well. I like them better then regular cardio but I keep doing weights to maintain my extra muscle mass.

  • squats and deadlifts is what you are looking for.
