its actually easy to headbang to meshuggah. and they 're way less complex than people think they are. but if you 're not a musician i can tell how it might seem so out of place :P
@VJelectro because it's poly-metric... the base meter is 4/4 and there are varying shifting meters around that, for example the beginning is 11/8 over 4/4. They simply headbang to the 4/4 to stay in the rhythm.
