They were pushed in WWE because they were GOOD, and WWE can properly identify talent unlike WCW. Bischoff said that HHH was "boring." Foley didn't win a title in WCW, so I don't know how he was pushed. He LOST the Vader/Foley feud and wasn't elevated after getting the rub from Vader. ECW did nothing for Austin. That's just revisionist history. WWE made him the star that he is, not ECW. WCW totally dropped the ball, and Bischoff said that he was a boring guy in black trunks. Lol.
