Go to nicosound and copy and paste the video's url. Chances are you'll be able to download it unless it's been taken down. At that point, if you're super desperate, just get a youtube ripper and rip it yourself. This works for ALL Vocaloid videos that have the nicovideo url. Also, download is in Japanese. It's not hard to find. (Lazy)

There's an english subbed version of this, just type in Len and Rin city of water, and you'll find it. But it sounds a bit different, I think it's shorter than this one by a few seconds. Either way, after reading the lyrics, it really is sad. I think Len does end up dying :(
