This is from a drama CD released a while back (different one than the first seven tracks) so it wasn't in the manga : ) Thankyou! There are another seven tracks coming but I'm not done with them quite yet : )

Yes, it was original to the drama CD, but later it was made into a chapter released just before the diamonddust rebellion movie :)
