Well actually it was said that she was in a hurry to become a heroine so she took medicines for change in her hormones so she could grow faster. Thats why its kinda awkward in her change of body from Koi Mil Gaya then Desamuduru.
Well if you mean adults who are as tall as a 9-year old thats something there born with. Its a diseases that you dont grow as rapidly as everyone else. Like you grow an inch a year. I even have a French teacher who has it.
Well actually, there are a lotta girls who are "well developed" at the age of 16 (tons at my school anyway). So it might not be the whole medicine thing. But, then again, she DID grow up WAYY too fast. Also, totally agree with silverstar819. If she DID use medicine cuz she was in a hurry to grow up, well, she grew up.
