arent most of these characters mini? I hate mini naruto and bleach characters they are weak and hard to hit. Unless you have nothing but mini characters in your mugen.

but u can change there sizes so that they are bigger so yeah

Open their character folder and double click the file with their name. So if you opened Sasuke's, click Sasuke.cns.
The options are at the top, down to movement. Edit them how you see fit :P
