  • That was actually quite beautiful. Ralph *pwns*

  • cool magic show inChrist allways fat billpage illusionist magician in fun same battime same bat channel green lanterns light up up an away your friendly nighbor hood spiderman:)

  • someone needs to make this into

    a feature movie ASAP

  • @Jonrobbie74 Gosh I don't know if they could accurately capture the camaraderie and charisma that these two characteres had. But it would be great if they could. I adored this show so much.

  • Rest In Peace Bob Culp. My first knowledge of you was through this series. I loved "The Greatest American Hero" and still do --- and always will. I've had one occasion in my life when I was terrified to the point of my knees buckleing. There is no sensation like it, and your acting skill made Bill Maxwell's look all too real. Well done and so long to a great actor. You will be missed.

  • I love the interaction between Bill and Ralph when they get on the ground. Bill's hemming and hawing and having a hard time coming up with the words to say "Thank you" (although you can tell that he is incredibly grateful to Ralph for saving his life), and Ralph is one step ahead of him - "BILL......you're welcome."

  • I didn't know Culp died, sad ... Because of him in this role, I wanted to be an FBI agent ... he was so cool, tough, and smart ... did try to talk to FBI recuriters a few years ago, but they walked away as I tried to make inquiries, they probally thought I was 'Al Quaeda' ... LOL! I was and will always be a US Marine and proud Native American. ;)

  • I like this also.

  • This is my favorite clip and a beautiful clip of a song. Wish with all my heart that the songs done by Stephen Geyer and Joey Scarbury could have been recorded. They were the best! The interaction between Ralph and Bill was one of the best character interactions I have have watched. Will watch this one over and over.

  • I love this show and I love the interaction between Ralph and Maxwell.....but I hate that they did a terrible job of hiding the parachutes on the stunt doubles.

Yeah, I know - picky picky picky.

  • @FamilyOfMan1975 Wow actually I didn't even notice the parachutes until I read your comment, lol. I guess I was too caught up in the scene, hehe. ;)

  • These two guys should be on a list of best hero buddies ever! Great clip!

  • @pureoaknut i agree with u buddy, i wish they can bring this back on air !

  • Very Bill, do not forget ... We'll miss you .. Goodbye

  • Grandissimo Bill, non ti dimenticheremo... Ci mancherai.. Addio

  • Unfortunately, Ralph was unable to save Bill the other day .. Did not arrive in time ... Very sad ..

  • Purtroppo Ralph non è riuscito a salvare Bill l'altro giorno.. Non è arrivato in tempo... Grande tristezza..

  • Grandissimo Bill, non ti dimenticheremo... Ci mancherai.. Addio

  • Robert Culp 1930 - 2010

  • This was a GREAT stunt considering the buget and the time period (1982). If you get a chance, watch the desert flying scene in the episode "Spoil Sport" (season 2). The Maxwell character is substituted for a dummy. If you watch it in slow motion it is HILLARIOUS.

  • who sang that song?

  • Joey Scarbury (spelling?) did most of the songs for this series including this one and the series theme song "Believe it or Not".

  • as fake as this looks, they deserve credit for going to the trouble of having real sky divers do this scene.

  • dog biscuts? anyone know who ate those on the show

  • yes Mister Maxwell hehehe ^_^

  • good job. box of biscuts on it's why to you. do you know if this show is free anywhere on the net?

  • Everything except the pilot is available on the Hulu website.

  • That started in the Hit Car. Bill is on stakeout & it's all that's in the cabinet. That's how it started offscreen as well. They were rehearsing, Culp found them in the cabinet. It wasn't written in the script .Someone just left them there. He took a bite thinking it might be a funny joke.Connie Selleca freaked out & said "Don't do that!" Culp said "Why not ?It's not going to hurt me".Connie said " You don't know that."He laughed and knew he'd found something that would work for his character.

  • @1sjv1 Hadn't seen this show at all, since I was little 30 years ago. I recently bought the whole series, and it's absolutely hilarious to see Bill constantly munching biscuits. In addition to being a fetish, you wonder if it's a reminder of the ongoing friendship with Ralph & Pam? Bob Culp was such a beautiful man. :)

  • Robert Culp is pretty funny. Wonder if he ad libbed his lines.

  • CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHYYY , doesnt not exist the soundtrack with those nice songs from the series?????

  • I REALLY LOOOVEEE THAT PART, SO COOL

  • Bring back the 80's. That's when tv was tv. Not the bullshit programming that's on now.

  • So many memories...I want TO GO BACK!

  • Bill was falling because someone was trying to bump him off, so they pushed him out of the helicopter.

  • Most realistic flying sequence in the series

  • Yep... it was...

  • 100% agree

  • I loved this show back in the 80's!........Then again, I wish I could go back!:)

  • YOU and everyone else

  • I LOVE IT!

  • Beautiful clip. This show had lots of heart.

  • Why was he falling in the first place? Sorry, just a Culp fan that randomly came up on this.

  • I have his suit!

  • che brividi!! la serie più bella di tutti i tempi.

    FORZA RALPH E BILL!

  • Could someone put up Ralph's best flying scenes? Not the ones with the screaming please.. What about scenes from Now you see it or something like that.. I am dying to see some new fan vids to the show.. I would do one myself but I don't have video capture...

  • what terrible 'CGI' and a bad concealing of the parachute, I miss this series :ø)

  • Bruce Cambpell needs to play the Robert Culp character if they ever make a movie. Owen Wilson needs to play The Hero.

  • Tommy Lee Jones would make a better Bill Maxwell in a movie version.

  • the best serial tv of ever !!

  • Very humane clip that shows real friendship.

  • @educatedrappa Couldn't agree more. The actors didn't go over the top; you can just tell how much they care about the other. It's innately sweet without being sugary.

  • You never know if you might fly too high

You leave it all behind and don't know why

Sometimes it only takes a sad goodbye...

To know how bad you wanna stay

Don't let me down when I call

'Cause it's just too far to fall

And this time I can't make it on my own

  • Thanks much...
