The chords sound right, except for the coda, where I think they are diminished chords instead of the minors you are playing.

to be honest, i based some of the chords off of a tab and then changed the ones that didn't sound right. i can't find the tab, but i'm sure if you search for it you'll be able to find it. anyway, there's only one weird chord which is the second chord (check out :14) - take a look at the shape... i learn these songs very quickly and forget them just as quickly - my apologies if i'm not much help, my friend!
