@matbroomfield bigspin means the board turns 180 and his body turns 180. if you do a regular pop shuv, catch it, and turn 180 it's still a bigspin. But if you flick a 3 shuv and spin 180 with it for half of the rotation your body will move in synchronicity with the board, for a combined 360. A biggerspin is either a 3 shuv, caught and turned 180, or a 3 shuv and a 360 done at the same time. the 'heelflip part' describes the board flipping perpendicular to the feet. bigheel=varial heel back 180
